The People Behind Something Golden

RYAN OLIVER

Ryan has been part of McDonald’s for over 35 years. He loves seeing people grow and believes “Something Golden” is in the small moments—high-fives, fist bumps, and kind words that make a real difference. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, singing, quoting movies, and sharing plenty of laughs with family and friends—sometimes all at once, and always loudly.

BRI OLIVER

Owner, Operator

Bri started at McDonald’s at 15—her very first job—and it opened doors she never dreamed of. Now she gets to open doors for others, helping them see their potential and passion early on. She loves watching her staff create golden moments—it warms her heart knowing the team can make a real difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, Bri enjoys sleeping in, devouring a good book under a cozy blanket, and taking relaxing walks while listening to an audiobook. She also loves country music—often singing loudly with Ryan.
